Welcome to Manchester Food Addict.
This is an experiment to see whether writing about food and food related topics can stop me from eating it.
Perhaps as an alternative to dieting. Or indeed as a new form of dieting?
Like a therapy session, by bringing them out into the open, can sharing my thoughts, cravings and food experiences cure me?
Hopefully I'm not alone.

Theory: If you're engrossed in this - then you're too distracted to actually eat. Possibly??
